International Summer Camp Youth and Heritage Cuprija is a joint enterprise of the International Forum Bosnia and The Luxembourg Girl Guides and Boy Scouts Association which started in 2006.

The aim of this program is to bring together young people from across the globe and provide them with the oppertunity to contribute to the rehabilitation of the plural community of Stolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The local community was devastated by war and by ideological images of religious and ethnic ideologies.

The program is made of three equally important parts – work, education and recreational activities.

Work: The working activities of 2006 - 2009 were related to five main projects in Stolac: Reconstruction of the Cuprija mosque, restoration of Vakufska kuca (endowment house) in Brade, reconstruction of the supporting wall in the Orthodox Church, Public service (cleaning the River Bregava and the Gorica stecak site.) A large part of these projects was funded by Luxembourg's public and private sponsors. Participants in 2008 and 2009 began restoration of the watermill on the river Bregava.

Educational activities consist of daily workshops and lectures led by academics and public activists.
The common goals of the working programme are explored. Related subject areas: tolerance, identity, environment, human rights, rule of law, democracy, and Europe are discussed. Young participants are able to develop their own understanding of these issues in solidarity with others from diverse backgrounds.

Activities include dancing, music, poetry readings, inter-religious prayer, games and presentations and a film showing. This facillitates cultural mutuality and a higher level of community amongst participants. Recreation is an extension of the working and educational goals.

Day trips and overnight stays are organized for all participants. Transportation is provided. Destinations include: Dubrovnik, Mostar, Poticejl, Blagaj, Sarajevo, Kravica waterfalls, Kotor.

Additional programmes 18th - 21st include: Sarajevo mountain hiking; Rama Scit Monastary stay; Home hospitality in Stlac, Mostar, Sarajevo and accomodation in Brade for continued work in Stolac.
